  • Renters must be 25+ years or older to book (and must be present on-site during entire stay)
  • 50% reservation deposit is due at time of booking (100% due if less than 30 days before arrival)
  • Following your booking confirmation, you will be provided a rental agreement for your review and signature. No booking is finalized until a rental agreement is signed and returned within 7 days of initial booking confirmation.
  • Please be sure to review our cancellation policy in our rental agreement before booking.
  • Parties and group bookings of any type are absolutely prohibited (e.g. weddings, receptions, student organizations, graduation/spring break parties, chaperoned/unchaperoned groups, etc)
  • Trip Insurance is not offered directly but is strongly recommended (particularly during hurricane season)

During Your Stay

  • For the safety and comfort our guests, we maintain a strict NO PETS policy
  • Linens and Beach/Bath Towels are NOT provided but can be rented from a number of local vendors
  • Please report any existing damage or malfunctioning equipment upon arrival
  • Use of tobacco products of any form (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.) in or around the home is strictly prohibited
  • Guests must carefully review the elevator operation instructions contained in the House Manual to ensure proper and safe operation. No guests under the age of 18 shall operate the elevator.


  • At the end of your stay, please remove all personal items, return all furniture to its original position, turn off all lights, wash all dishes (load the dishwasher and run it before departing), and leave the house clean and orderly.
  • Take out all trash and take cans to curb
  • Owners reserves the right to charge the guest’s security deposit for damage and/or excessive cleaning (charged at $30/hour); violation of house rules (including pets, parties, etc.); late departure fee ($200) and service calls of home/elevator ($225 plus the cost of repairs) caused by guest carelessness, negligence, and/or misuse.
