Floorplan
Booking, Cancellation & House Policies
We want your Vacation OIB booking experience to be clear and straightforward from reservation through checkout.
- Payment: 50% is due at booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival. Reservations made within 30 days require full payment.
- Security Deposit: A refundable $1,000 security deposit is required.
- Cancellations: Reservations are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel and we can re-rent your dates, we are happy to refund your rental payment. When possible, we will also work with you to move your reservation to another available week without penalty.
- Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the home throughout the stay.
- Check-In: 3:00 PM
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM

- No Parties or Group Bookings
Refundable Security Deposit
Your $1,000 security deposit is returned after your stay provided the home is left in good condition. Deductions may apply for:
- Damage to the home, furnishings or amenities
- Stained or damaged linens and towels beyond normal use
- Excessive cleaning beyond a typical vacation stay
- Missing or damaged household items
- Smoking or pets in the home
- Other violations of the rental agreement
